A major asset manager.

Following the acquisition of a privately owned asset management business by one of the world’s biggest banking groups, Hilary worked with the new CEO to plan for a radical change in the internal environment.

Over an 18 month period, operating on a global basis, Hilary worked with the executive team on their own team development (roles, responsibilities and how to function as a management team), strategy development for the business, cultural change issues, performance measurement and reward and recognition mechanics, corporate governance, planning processes and staff training and development.  All these (disparate) themes were delivered as a holistic programme of corporate transformation.
